I didn't see this forum or I would have posted earlier. Anyway, been visiting bowhunting.com for awhile now and decided to join up in the forums. This site is very informational and helpful. I have been bowhunting for about 10 years now. For about the first five, I just enjoyed shooting my bow in the backyard and hunting in our woods. Since then, I've started expanding my horizons and hunting public ground and farms I get permission to hunt as well. I've yet to take a truly large buck but I haven't put that much time into scouting or hunting, which is changing as my kids are getting older and coming with me now. I just got my 8 year old his first compound bow last year. Regardless, I've always had a blast bowhunting and a really good time - many memories- when my kids sit in the blind with me. Like when my 4 year old yelled "Here come the deer!" Anyway, "Enough about me, I'm doing great!" as my one buddy always says. lol. Glad to join up and look forward to reading all these great posts throughout the forums.
