Besides the obvious...Bow, Arrows and Broadheads, if you're hunting out of a treestand get an EZ Hanger, Binoculars, range finder, backpack or hip pack, pull-up rope, safety harness with tree strap. For your pack- headlamp, good boots, knife, butt-out, field dressing gloves, cold weather clothes, scent-killer spray and maybe an extra flashlight.

I know it seems overwhelming (it was for me when I started before last season but get what you can, when you can and you'll be fine. Just make sure you're comfortable wherever you're hunting and practice, practice, practice! Good luck.

If you don't have alot of money, keep it simple, bow, arrows that fly straight and sharp broadheads. you can kill deer from the ground like this( a sharp knife for gutting)...of course and as always practice lots of it. all the hunting equipment I have is years of collecting. of course you may be rich, idk. good luck and dont forget to practice:)

What this guy said was spot on.

In camo, I recommend nothing but realtree ap personally.

This is an expensive sport, but worth every penny.

I always carry a pack which contains a good sharp knife, gps, hand warmers, good pair of gloves, and a first aid kit.
