Been saying I thought South Carolina could win the East, they are inching ever so close.

I was definitely wanting Alabama to win, more losses for USCE makes winning the East easier for Florida. Hopefully, Florida and USCE will win all their games prior to their meeting in November, that would make for a HUGE showdown for and likely winner of the East.

Glad we could make you nostradamus:throw:...crawls back into fetal position. It was bound to happen, to many wins in a row, and WAY to many near misses along the way. I think people outside the Bama nation are a little more shocked then we are. Hurts, but glad it was now and not week 9 or 11 etc...it is very hard playing with that #1 bullseye on your back, now yall get to do it Scott...hopefully we see you down the road.

Rockinchair, I think this is exactly what you were trying to get across yesterday when we were discussing Mcelroy. Carolina finally did what no one else would do...they brought 8 and 9 into the box and said your horses will not beat us, but if your QB can have at it. Well he held on to the ball alot today and paid dearly for it...

    ROLL TIDE ROLL

Believe me I know what it is like.... OSU has spent many weeks in the "drivers seat" of the polls over the years.

I am only happy that BAMA lost so that sevenmag will finally again be able to see past the end of his nose. :tu:

    EDIT to add...

Who knows with the way these pollsters vote though. Sometimes their rankings make no sense, especially the AP poll. The BCS poll will be out soon though, that's the one that really matters.

Well that's better then me I guess, I'm just glad to see Bama lose. Now if only LSU can pull a W out against Fla, I'll be happy.

DAMN it sure feels good to be a vol today huh....Again, I will say ROOL TIDE, this could be a wake up or lead to a 3 loss season and no BCS game.

2 main rivals go down makes for a good day, only better if your team wins too though

Looking like Fla may have problems tonight. Apparently Les Miles has sold his soul and can win anywhere, anyhow.

Dang we need LSU to loose, I cannot have both LSU and Auburn undefeated. We play both of them, and I would like a little wiggle room. Cam Newton is a beast, that is for sure. If he stays at Florida they do not miss a beat this year.

No hunting for me tomorrow. I'm taking Thursday off and will be heading down to the lease. I'll be down there Thur-Sat. Temps are suppose to be back down some so hopefully there will be some good movement. 3 straight days of hunting with little to no cell service is going to be nice.

We don't have ESPN at our apartment and our internet provider isn't ESPN3 compatible and our landlord won't bring me our dish account number so I can buy ESPN!:throw:

But following it on Gamecast and through the forums on the Official Florida Gator website, it's a rough game for the Gators despite the score. They look undisciplined, lack of heart, poor offense (play calling, players) again, etc. This Florida team just might not be very good.

I've been switching back and forth between it and the Predators/Ducks game (yeah there are some of us southern boys that like a little hockey) and from what I've seen of the Gators, that sums it up good.

At least one of the teams I pull for is poised to win today. Preds up 3-1 at the end of the 2nd. :tu:

Awesome game of football. UK performed well after a dissapointing loss to Ole Miss last week against a tough Auburn Team, but everyone in that stadium knew who was going to win even as it was tied up in the 4th.

LSU FLA game was even more crazy, what an ending....and to think, LSU ALMOST got hosed by the no call on the obvious pass interference for the first endzone attempt at the end. The FLA back took the receivers head off before the ball was even within 5 feet.

Drove 2.5 hours to see my sister for her birthday today, and ended up watching an awesome day of SEC football in her living room all day. lol
