More full body bro workouts for me this week. Trained BJJ a couple nights and rolled hard, felt great. Hit the spin bike for a few sessions trying to get my mileage up for an upcoming trip. Did 10 miles and 15 miles at a casual pace.

Talked to all my land owners and firmed up my leases for this season. Always a relief! Now I just need to get out there and get some work done. Season is only two months away!

    Stay after it guys!

Been a steady grind as usual. Going on 4th day in a row of workouts this work week. Been picking up my jump roping and overall volume of training. Upped my split squats a couple days ago and my legs are on fire. About to grind out some weightd incline walking before work. Season is on the horizon fellas.

You see some of our women Olympians? Beasts. Look at our gold medalist discus thrower. Talk about a woman that might make her kids world class athletes. Wow.

More full body bro workouts, spin bike sessions, yoga, and BJJ rolling for me last week. More importantly I mustered up the courage to shoot my bow. It went ok. Lots of movement that needs to be eliminated before Iowa.

    stay after it!

I'm still walking daily, with a 30-pound pack. I vary between 4-5 miles depending upon my chaffing levels...LOL

You can thank me later. I take this with me on all deployments. 90+ pound rucks up and down the Afghan mountains. This stuff works.

Round 1: Clean and Press @95lbs x 5 reps, Weighted Pull Ups @25lbs x 5 reps, push ups x 5 reps x 1 minute of jump rope for five rounds

    Round 2: Inc DB Press 55lbs x 8 reps, Standing High Cable Row w/rotation @90lbs x 12 reps/side, BW dips x 8 reps, DB Curls @35lbs x 8 reps/arm, 1 minute of jump rope for 3 rounds.

I didn't sleep well last night because it was so hot in the house. I need these 100F+ heat indexes to go away so my house is cool enough to sleep at night.
