More full body bro workouts for me this week. Trained BJJ a couple nights and rolled hard, felt great. Hit the spin bike for a few sessions trying to get my mileage up for an upcoming trip. Did 10 miles and 15 miles at a casual pace. Talked to all my land owners and firmed up my leases for this season. Always a relief! Now I just need to get out there and get some work done. Season is only two months away! Stay after it guys!
Deadlift Friday! Trap Bar Deadlifts for sets of 4: 145, 195, 235, 285, 325, 345; 30 second plank after each set. Finished out with 25 pull ups and 25 push ups.

Monday: Round 1: Weighted Pull ups @25lbs for 5 reps, 5 push ups, 12 Rope Face Pulls @50lbs, Cable Rotations @50lbs for 12/side, 1 minute of Jump Rope x 5 rounds Round 2: Landmine Shoulder Press @60lbs for 12/arm, KB Rows @60lbs for 12/arm, BW Dips for 8, DB Curls @35lbs for 8/arm, 1 minute of Jump Rope x 3 rounds Today: 45 minute hike with 35lb pack at 20% incline to start, increasing by 1% every five minute until hitting and maintaining a 25% incline. Started at a speed of 3.2 mph, increased by 0.1 mph every 10 minutes to finish at 3.5mph. Covered 2.5 miles in 45 minutes and burned 1008 calories.
Been a steady grind as usual. Going on 4th day in a row of workouts this work week. Been picking up my jump roping and overall volume of training. Upped my split squats a couple days ago and my legs are on fire. About to grind out some weightd incline walking before work. Season is on the horizon fellas.
You see some of our women Olympians? Beasts. Look at our gold medalist discus thrower. Talk about a woman that might make her kids world class athletes. Wow.

I'm still walking daily, with a 30-pound pack. I vary between 4-5 miles depending upon my chaffing levels...LOL
