<75 days. Been trying to step up my game. 2x week bootcamp classes, spin/cycle and trying to get a couple pack hikes. I need to squeeze more cardio into the schedule not sure I'm ready to start 2 a days, yet, though...
WTG Joe! I'm very happy for you. I'll tell you it is hard sometimes after a workout to not reach for that favorite treat. For me it was an Oreo Mcflurry. I figured out my weakness is crunchy sweet and that checks all the boxes. But then I'd remember that 2.5 hours I just spent in the gym and that would temper the craving........a little bit. Stay strong, brother! Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
Thanks Jim! Ice cream is my nemesis. I love it...LOVE IT!! I can't get enough. My wife bought me some fat/sugar-free stuff and it's not bad. I just have a small scoop, instead of my usual 4-5. lol!!
Good stuff guys, I love reading about you guys crushing it! I’ve been expanding my lifts a little as my shoulder has settled down to where I’m sleeping good most nights. Some light pulling and pressing movements have me hopeful that I will be drawing my bow back in Iowa. stay after it!
Halo Top isn't a terrible option if you're craving something sweet. Lots of protein and a nominal amount of sugar. Can't eat a ton of them, but it's a passable option.
It's a easy job, I just replaced a few this week. 28" tire is not a common size. Most mountain bike tires come in 26", 27.5, or 29" . The other number is the tire width. That number is not as important, you can get a larger size there if you want more tire. For example, 2.35 is a common size now for a mountain bike, just have to make sure the tire won't rub in the frame if it is wider. The other numbers are the metric conversion size of the tire. Just finished a light upper body workout. Yesterday was a unweighted hike. Took it easy the last few days to give myself a deload week. I will work back into harder training at the end of this week.
So just got back from the Dr. ..He must have said you look great a half dozen times. Then when I said don't yell I weaned myself of the BP meds and haven't taken them in 3 weeks. That's fine I'm taking you off them officially, You've done so well turning your health around. He almost bulked at my saying I have another 30#'s to lose. Then said if that's where you'll feel comfortable. That will give you plenty of wiggle room for any ups and downs. LOL. .. I feel like I'm in high school, ran into a old friend that lives out of state he almost didn't recognize me then leaned in sheepishly and whispered where are your boobs...HAHAHAHA. That was before Dr. Appt. I told him that story and he gut laughed...seriously the reactions I get......
Lol... No Dr laughed and said Yep! They're the first thing to go.....hahaha My response was It's great ! I can look down and see my feet.

Man I tweaked a small muscle in my middle back. Completely locking my body up and making it hard to move. Old man stuff going on. Darn it. 24 hrs of ice and heat and its finally starting to spasm a bit instead of staying locked up. Work sucked last night bc of it.
I iced it a half dozen times at work yesterday. 30 mins after each session it would hurt so bad I had to ice again. 24 hrs later and its finally loosening up a bit. This guy..dang man
I’ve mentioned before how I despise doing any type of leg exercises… Well I did 50 squats with a 20lb dumbbell yesterday (what I have at home). My legs and ass feel like I ran a full marathon. Need to keep doing them once the pain goes away haha. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
