I admire your drive! Helps get me off my butt. Really need to improve my cardio and diet these next few weeks since it's finally warming up this week (30 degrees last 2 days).

What does your daily diet look like if you dont mind me asking.

    Measurements are before cooking

Breakfast: 1 cup of plain oatmeal mixed with 1 tbsp flax seed, 1tsp cinnamon, 1 banana
Omlette with three whole eggs and three egg whites

Lunch: 1 baked sweet potato, 1 cup each of brussel sprouts, mixed bell peppers, california vegetable mix and 3-4oz ground turkey

Afternoon snack: leftovers from yesterday's dinner

Dinner: 6-8oz of meat, 1 cup of vegetables, sometimes 1/2 cup of rice on really hard workout day.

Thanks for the training ideas Adam. I’ve been trying to keep things interesting. Not sure I’m succeeding but I’m staying after it with a mix of body weight exercises and cardio. Some days I run, some days I ride the bike or elliptical. Diet is on point but I would really like to be in a deficit so I could drop a couple pounds.
    Stay after it guys!

Had to go into the office yesterday. Did deadlifts and worked up to 5 sets of 2 reps at 300lbs. Came home and hiked 45 minutes with a 60lb pack.

My GF works at a gym and wrote this up for me to do for today’s workout (only have 1 20lb dumbbell). Easy beginner workout. Just got done and I’m actually sweating. Didn’t think it would be that tough (I’m just really out of shape I’m guessing).

I'm ready to get back to the gym...someday. Been staying after with body weight stuff. Seeing some improvement in my pulling and dead hang game. Been doing more cardio than I would like this week but its good to get outside when the weather allows. Biked 22 and 25 miles, ran 6 miles on the dreadmill, with a few elliptical sessions mixed in.

    Stay after guys!

Rain and work has been killing the outside cardio the last couple days. The wife and I were able to get out the other day and ran 5 miles outside. Today I did some fasted cardio on the elliptical and working on some push, pull, chin, kettle ball, glute bridge circuit, and wearing down my wife defenses.

    Stay after it guys.

Been steady on my workouts and running hard. But yesterday I think I felt a hernia in my left groin area. I had an umbilical hernia about 15 yrs ago but never anything else. It was a weird feeling. Crap.

No problem. I hope it is helping to make it easier to stay in shape and stay sane during all this mess.

Hiked for 45 minutes with a 60lb pack for my work-from-home lunch break today. I may go hit some upper body work with the the dumbbells in the garage while the toddler takes his nap.

Hoping that was nothing. Any more issues?

Good call on the mobility work Adam. No truer words have been spoken than "your couch is a great place to stretch out your body". I have been slacking on the mobility work and definitely noticed it after the first kiteboarding session in four months.

    Stay after it guys!
