I love some of the TRX stuff, but there is plenty of body weight workouts out there too or workouts with cheap/alternate accommodations.

3.4 mile hike in 60 minutes today with a 35lb pack. I have no idea why I am still at work. All of the universities students have been sent home and move to online classes.

Yes, but that also makes it one of the most likely areas outside of clinical to spread the virus. More employees come here from all parts of the hospital besides going to the cafeteria. I am thinking it is only a matter of time.

600 push ups yesterday, ran 3 miles (not as fast as speedy Cantexian) and took the dog for a two mile walk.
    Stay strong my brothers.

Dang you. Ha. Had a good workout yesterday and walked several miles in the woods today. Was gonna take a break tonight but after reading that I ran a quick 1.5 mile run and then did some dumbell squats.

It might sound like a bunch but in the course of a day it really isn't to bad. Every so often you drop and hammer out 25 they will add up quick.

Haha Glad I could help, Solid work!

I am working mostly from home as of this morning. Would you guys be interested in a home based workout program with videos. That will be one of my major projects as I work from home. I will post up the links here as things are published, probably starting next week and this week will be mostly production.

I'm intrested. They just closed down all the workout facilities for months at my job. Great. Stuck up here for 4 to 5 days for work with no workout place. Oh well. Gonna be a lot of trail running and bodyweight stuff.

Alright, here is a preview. You will need a full deck of cards including the Jokers. Bodyweight training. For the numbered cards in the deck; follow suit and do the number of reps on the card. For face cards, suit does not matter, do the exercise every time the appropriate face card is drawn. Shuffle the deck thoroughly before starting each workout to keep it fresh and different. Get a Superman tattoo is you can finish the full deck in 30 minutes or less.

We got some decent weather yesterday so I did a 3 mile hike with a 30 pound pack. I also managed about an hour in the kayak. That was fun! I hope everyone and your families are staying healthy during this time. We WILL get through this!

    Blessings...........Pastorjim

Making due with what I've got at home. I've got 1 20lb dumbbell... No other weights. Currently doing 50 pushups, 50 squats. 50 20lb dumbbell curls, 50 20lb dumbbell shoulder presses, and 50 dumbbell rows for my back. Will be upping the numbers to 100 each once my shoulder starts feeling better.

@cantexian probably could off a bunch of ideas, when needed.

I shot some rounds with the bow and s weighted pack on Sunday. I'll be back to rucking soon, had a lumbar disc problem that is finally clearing.
