Did leg pressed, squats, lunges, steps and hills on Sunday...yeah still feeling it today. The hotel I'm at has a racquetball court, I'm gonna see if I can find a game tomorrow morning for some cardio... Just to mix it up.
I do not have a name for these. Maybe, "That's what she said sprints," because every time I finish one of the sprints I think to myself, "again, faster."
Today was 25 Pull Ups and Push Ups in a 20lb weight vest followed by a 45 minute ruck with a 45lb pack.
Ran 5 miles in 40:52 this morning. Had to skip the pull ups and push ups to prepare for a meeting. Hoping to get those in this afternoon. Edit: Did 50 Pull Ups and 50 Push Ups in the afternoon.
Just did 6 of those. Feel like I'm going to throw up . Thanks for nothing brother. Haha. One more and I would have barfed. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
Did the treadmill this morning for 50 minutes. Upgraded to 1st class on the flights home and the gin and tonics may have undermined my workout.
Thought ya said it was just like running a 100 and walking a 100. They are killers! My money is on Cantexian on those 22s I posted earlier.
It is like running a sprint then walking...over and over. The sprints got my heart rate up over 180. Thermal meltdown at that pt for me. Haha. But I did pull myself together and worked out another 30 min. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
Well done! Most people get that way after two or three the first time. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Ran 1.2 and walked 1.2. Felt like crap but oh well at least I got something done today. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
Thought this up to start today's workout. Rapid fire.. .50 lb dumbells rows followed by pushups. Started at 10 rows then 20 pushups...9 rows then 18 pushups. All the way down to 5 rows and ten pushups. Took me 3.5 minutes to complete 90 pushups and 45 dumbbell rows. Conditioning felt fine...only failure down the stretch was my last 2 sets of pushups. Just had to rest 5 to 10 secs here and there to complete. Finished rest of workout then will do a ruck walk tonight. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
Got a little hike coming up next weekend. 41 miles, 2.5 days...we cross only 2 dirt roads. Gonna find out of the plantar fascitis is going to be a concern for this falls elk hunt...
Back has tightened up real good the last 2 weeks. Wasn't going to workout today but from previous experience, I have to keep moving or my muscle will tighten up worse. Dang 90 degrees and just finished a 3 mile walk and run. Time for some ice. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
I've included planks for a long time but not side planks. I'll start those tonight. Those big muscles that run the length of your spine. Right in the middle of my back....complete lockdown. Push my finger on it hard and it hurts like crud. Like a 2 to 3 inch section. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
Go get a professional massage. Suck it up and deal with the horrible pain, you fill feel better the next day.
