    I've added something new to my workouts. I bought an ebike that I really intended for hunting purposes. However, I found that I really just enjoy long rides on it. Now before you think that its not really exercise since its an ebike, that really depends on the rider. I don't just throttle the thing, although I could and its really fun. I mainly use it in peddle assist. That does help on hills and such but you still get a good workout. I'm doing about 10 miles a day in addition to my regular workouts. I really enjoy it more than I imagined.

    Im just a few lbs away from 215. Been working for 2.5 years to get to 215 from 245. Just need to stay focused.

    Power Cleans 6 x 2 @135lbs
    Decline Sit Ups 4 x 10 @BW
    Assault Bike Sprints 6 x 15 seconds

    Front Squats 6 x 2 @165lbs
    Pull Ups 4 x 5 @BW
    Assault Bike Sprints 6 x 15 seconds

    Today 60 minutes incline walk at 7.5% and 3 mph while wearing a 20lbs weight vest.

    Well what can an older guy who has 6 days, and like 2.5lbs to lose do on a day he is sore? I walked ten miles. Thats about a half lb of flab gone in a day. Ha!

    You know in PT they had me do several of these, though never went into such detail of why and benefits to keep me doing these daily. This was a really good detailed vidoe you may want to watch

    5 mile hike yesterday, weights Tuesday and Thursday this week. Set a new low for weight this morning!!!! Still not to my goal, but losing it!!

    The power of goal setting. Now I may or may not have run a mile to lose the last half pound of water, but I see it on the scale and hit my goal of doing by opening day.

    Busy week, back at the weights tonight, did plenty of walking this weekend!!! Got in about 8 miles combined. To damn hot to hunt. New belts will be needed on the last hole.

    I head to the doctors today!!! This is how I'll be walking in 30lbs lighter

    Got the weights in last night, my normal routine, will do some walking today at lunch.

    My BMI was 31 3 years ago, I am now at 26.2, need to get it under 25.

    Same, not much has changed. 178 Ibs Right arm is still trashed but I work around it.
    Incline press, hypers, rope pull downs, knee raises, weighted hip thrusts, 2 mile run. Not much but it’s better than nothing.
