    I've added something new to my workouts. I bought an ebike that I really intended for hunting purposes. However, I found that I really just enjoy long rides on it. Now before you think that its not really exercise since its an ebike, that really depends on the rider. I don't just throttle the thing, although I could and its really fun. I mainly use it in peddle assist. That does help on hills and such but you still get a good workout. I'm doing about 10 miles a day in addition to my regular workouts. I really enjoy it more than I imagined.

    Im just a few lbs away from 215. Been working for 2.5 years to get to 215 from 245. Just need to stay focused.

    Power Cleans 6 x 2 @135lbs
    Decline Sit Ups 4 x 10 @BW
    Assault Bike Sprints 6 x 15 seconds

    Front Squats 6 x 2 @165lbs
    Pull Ups 4 x 5 @BW
    Assault Bike Sprints 6 x 15 seconds

    Today 60 minutes incline walk at 7.5% and 3 mph while wearing a 20lbs weight vest.

    Well what can an older guy who has 6 days, and like 2.5lbs to lose do on a day he is sore? I walked ten miles. Thats about a half lb of flab gone in a day. Ha!

    You know in PT they had me do several of these, though never went into such detail of why and benefits to keep me doing these daily. This was a really good detailed vidoe you may want to watch

    5 mile hike yesterday, weights Tuesday and Thursday this week. Set a new low for weight this morning!!!! Still not to my goal, but losing it!!
