Still not fully over this cold or whatever I have, but I managed to drag my butt out of bed and make the most of the morning. 30 minutes / 210 flights of stairs followed by farmer carries with 35 kg kettlebells, incline dumbbell press, leg press, shoulder side raises and seated rows. I'm all jacked up on pre-workout, Sudafed, and asthma medicine right now.

Back at the weights this week, only lifted once last week, but lots of walks and outside activities.

Still dropping weight, each week is a new low and I am more active than ever!!!

Maybe @Justin can send me another pink tank top and my son and I can re-create the photo

Be careful with those gummy bears, I have heard they can have you running for the toilet.

If we still had any I would definitely send you one! But we got rid of the Bowhunting Girls program a few years back. Maybe I'll try to get one custom-made just for you.

177lbs this morning at Dr’s Office for my annual check up.

Tennis elbow is still giving me trouble but to be honest I could/should probably be resting it more.

Hack squats, leg extensions, leg curls, cybex hip abduction, cybex hip adductor, cybex glute machine.

2 mile run. Did 12 miles last week. I’ll try to stay there or increase a little.

    Blood work tomorrow morning.

I'm still not fully over this stupid cold, but I made it to the gym for an hour this morning. My alarm went off at 5, and I didn't want to go, but I told myself, "Nobody ever regretted getting up and going to the gym. Don't be a p*ssy." So, away I went.

I stretched, did 20 minutes on the stairs, then lat pulldowns, dumbbell rows, upright rows, endless rope pulldowns, cable crunches and cable front raises. Nothing crazy, but a solid start to the day.

Now I'm going to take my Sudafed, drink a little too much coffee, and push a mouse around all day.

Made it back to the gym for Day 3 this week. 15 minute warm-up on the elliptical followed by dips, chest flies, skull crushers, flat bench and cable crunches. I have football practice to coach tonight and needed to get into the office a little early, so I cut things a little shorter than usual. Still beats sleeping in!

That is how you lose weight. Ask any WWII, Korean or Viet Nam POW.

Greetings, fellow worker-outers! Last week I managed to drag my sorry butt to the gym on Monday, Friday and Saturday while my oldest was at football practice. Weds I worked out at home because I was sick of my workout station collecting dust in the basement.

I hit the gym this morning as well. 20 minutes on the stairs to work up a good lather, then dips, flies, incline bench, skull crushers and leg lifts to end the morning. I'm about ready for this awful humidity to GTFO so I can go on some rucks before October gets here.

Spent the weekend hiking around Cleveland and visiting waterfalls and ledges trail, I lifted last night, weight remains steady, need 10 more lbs. Kind of hit a wall, need to change things up.

    Walking at lunch today.

This morning I decided on more lifting and less cardio so I stretched then did cable flies, dips, bench, skull crushers, cable pulldowns, cable crunches and dumbbell side raises. Then I did 10 minutes on the stairs to get my legs and knees moving and work up a sweat, followed by calf raises and single leg presses because I had a few extra minutes before I had to get to work.

That is all for today. Carry on!

Saw an interesting quote: People go to the gym to work out, exercise, etc., but park near the gym so they don't have to walk.

I usually park pretty far from the front door for that reason. I sometimes chuckle when I see people circling the parking lot to look for a better spot, so they can walk in and run on a treadmill.

    I park in the shade.

R arm is still toast. I’ve been going hard on legs, core and Left arm. I’ve been running most days. I’ve tried some cryotherapy. The new chamber is legit. I have an appointment for some dry needling on Wednesday. Hopefully things will settle down and I can resume normal activities. Pretty sad I can’t even brush my teeth without pain. Thankfully I can hunt with a crossbow here in OH.

Hey guys, still working out. Did miss a couple weeks from rain and a vacation.

Still doing my big bike rides once a week, sometimes 2 times a week. Usually getting about 30-40 miles a week.

Last week I got 3 rides in. The first 2 totaled a little over 40 miles. Then the last one i took out my daughter for her first ever trail ride. She got 3 miles in with me and did great. Dont think she will stick with it. She is pre teenager really bad right now and has better things to do than hang out with me, haha!

Got 33 miles in last night and pushed too hard and paying for it today. Legs are toast and my back is acting up.

Back at pickle ball tonight and lifting my weight routine, I was hiking 4-5 miles a day in the UP of Michigan over the weekend. On the next to last day we saw a beach from the mountain top we hiked up too. We went for a swim in the big lake an it was cold. I was sore going in and felt like a new man when done. Water was 48 degrees, I might start the ice bath trend, anyone try it? Being able to take my shirt off and not be embarrassed felt really good, thx @Sota

I have not done ice baths, but have tried the cold water shower method. 3 minutes in under cold water after a tough workout does seem to rejuvenate me and help me sleep better.
