I was dragging ass this morning, but I made it. 30 minutes on the stairs, seated wide cable rows, endless rope pulldowns, lat pulldowns, cable side raises, and bent bar curls.

When you don't feel like going but you go anyway, those are the most satisfying workouts

Added the 20lb weight vest to the incline treadmill walk, time to start prepping the body for carrying the gear into and out of the woods, maybe a deer or two. 45 minutes at 3.1 mph on a 7.5% incline.

Tennis elbow refuses to heal so it’s back to running, core, and legs. Not much of a split but it has never been this bad or taken so long to settle down.

    Tennis Elbow:
KT tape when you need to do prolonged grasping (they have a vid on their site). Not uncommon to take a month+ (once you give your body a chance to heal).

Depending on the condition driving the inflammation (e.g. truly a racquet), a larger diameter grip will give some moderate relief. I.e. in pickleball, I use an over grip and wrap atop…

Thanks for the tip. I’m sure it’s from lifting. I think I’m twenty and I can’t/don’t want to take time off. I think I’ve finally realized that I need to let my chronic injuries heal or I’m not going to be able to do all the things I want to do.

Hit the weights last night, my normal workout, also have double down on getting better snacks, I got the Keto ice bream bars also. As of today I weight less than I did in 2004, down to size 32.

Incline treadmill walk 7.5% at 3.2 mph for 60 minutes, 650 calories. Forgot to bring a spare shirt today, so skipped the weighted vest to avoid stinking. I will have to remember that for Thursday.

Feel like a fat POS this week, but I did get to the gym twice.

Stair machines were full up yesterday so I did 30 mins on the elliptical followed by pull day. Lat pulldowns, single arm dumbbell rows, cable curls and shoulder presses.

Today was 20 minutes on the stairs to get a sweat going followed by leg curls, leg presses, weighted step-ups, glute raises and goblet squats.

Wanted to finish the month out strong but I came down with some sort of nasty cold so there's no way I'm working out today. I'm hacking up a lung and sound like I swallowed a bag of gravel. Bah!

I let myself go after retiring from the military. I recently got back in the gym and am working on losing the weight. It was a struggle, but I am getting back to it. I do push, pull, legs, 6 days a week. I am trying to walk/ruck more, so I don't die dragging a deer this year.

Looks pretty nice according to the reviews and pictures on AllTrails. Downhill, plenty of water and bathrooms. Have fun!
