Finally got a decent run in after so many weeks of feeling like crap. Been walking a lot to keep my legs strong. Weight training really takes a lot out of me right now as Im still recovering. I can't wait to feel great again. Make Brett Great Again.

MBGA! I hope you continue to have a quick and full recovery. However, the bowhunter part of me can't help but read MBGA as Montana Black Gold Ascent, the sight I have on my bow.

237 flights of stairs, dips, chest flies, flat bench, skull crushers and leg lifts. Debating if I want to ruck in the morning or get the boat out and go fishing. All depends on how windy it's going to be.

Go fishing as it's not windy under water.

234 flights of stairs followed by weighted step-ups, leg curls, leg extensions and single leg presses. That is all for today. Carry on, my fellow fitness enthusiasts.

Got in a great ride last night. Although not a fast ride, definitely hard. Did a lot more climbing and still had some power left in my legs when i finished. Just ran out of daylight. I'm hurting pretty bad today. Think it's time to do 2 rides a week.

I tried to see what my limit on food intake was on this ride. I burned close to 2200 calories. I was able to get down 1700 during the ride. The stomach felt great for the whole ride, but I got a gut bomb when i got home. Only lasted an hour, though. Just a lot of bloating. Screenshot_20250521_093809_Strava.jpg

Incline press, hypers, flys, skull crushers, straight bar push downs, speed bag, 30 mins on spin bike.
Had a cheat meal of pizza last night. Today’s work out was a high rep range and to failure. Pump was ridiculous.
