    Thats the plan.

My dad was constantly active. Always running, until his knees went bad, then started mountain biking. He biked well into his 80's until just the last year he had to quit because of back problems. He traveled all over the country doing bike and hiking trips, which most were in his 60's and 70's.

I plan to do the same. He was the guy that always got mistaken for being 10 years younger then he was and beating up on guys 20 years younger. He is a great role model to me.

Started a few weeks ago. Hoping it's nearing the end. Had a bit of energy today and ran/lightly did leg work. 2 hrs later it felt like I had run 10 miles and I crashed. Ha.

That can be rough. My wife had that several years ago and it took a long time for her to get over it. It also took a long time for her to be correctly diagnosed. It was definitely no fun for her. I hope you feel better soon

Thanks. The first rapid test they gave me was neg. I kept telling them my spleen hurt and felt full/wet. They did the CT scan and said everything looked fine. 4 days later the more comprehensive test came back positive.

That's how they finally figured it out with my wife. After messing around with all these different tests and misdiagnosis, they finally did a CT and discovered her spleen was enlarged. Her doctor apologized over and over for missing it. It sure had her down for a while
