Got me a heavy bag. Good conditioning and adds some cross training and cardio.

Good morning, bros! Day 38 here.

Winding back to last week I weighed in and lifted weights on Friday morning. Still hanging in at 202 lbs. I'm hoping with a solid week of work and diet I can finally crack under 200.

Saturday and Sunday I rucked 5 miles each morning before working a trade show all day long. Saturday I went for a stroll after dinner then last night I did an easy 45 min on the spin bike after I got home from the show. My hips are barking a little bit from those rucks, but I still managed to get in 224 flights of stairs this morning followed by some chest work.

That's all I've got for now.

Heading in for a long hike and scout mission while the temps are down. Soon it will be hell on earth on those islands, filled with bugs that look like Jurassic Park.

What weight did you get down to the last time you did hard 75? For some reason i thought you were in the 180s.

Did my usual 2 hours of cardio this morning with some reps thrown in on a few of the weight machines. I will try to get another hour in outside in the late afternoon. But it's supposed to be 87 today so I don't know how much enthusiasm I'll have for that.

Good work guys. Nothing new here still hovering around 2000 calories/day last weight in was 175lbs. Still doing same split with afternoon runs a few days a week. I haven’t increased my mileage at all. Did get a 14 mile bike ride in the other day when it was warm which was a nice change.

Incline DB press, DB shrugs, flys, Arnold’s, rope pull downs, dead hang, walking lunges with kettlebells(absolutely toast after that).

I had to look back at my scale app on my phone to 2023 because I couldn't remember. Looks like I started at 218 on Feb 1 and ended at 194 on April 17th, so I lost 24 lbs during that time. I kept going with my diet and workout plan for a few months and got down as low as 183 in June of that summer.

I started at 212 this time, with a goal of 190 by the end of 75 days.
