Not feeling the best this morning - seems that I'm battling a minor cold of some sort. BUT I still made to the gym and got in 30 minutes on the stairs plus some light leg work. Leg press, leg extensions and weighted step-ups. It certainly wasn't my most intense workout, but I'm glad that I powered through it.

We leave for the NWTF show early on Wednesday morning and I'm going to try and get two more workouts in before then.

I've always found that my most satisfying workouts were the ones where I went even though I didn't feel like it. No regrets!

No doubt! I didn't want to get out of bed this morning but I told myself "You're going to be glad you got up and did it when it's over." That's always pretty good motivation for me.

Our trip down to Nashville for the NWTF convention wore me out, so I delayed my 75 Hard start until later this week. Between the travel, being sick, and working 12-16 hour days, I was cooked when I got home on Sunday night. I slept in yesterday but did get up for a workout this morning. 225 flights of stairs, leg curls, leg extensions, leg presses, calf raises, cable crunches and side raises.

I think I can get all my crap in order tonight and get this sucker started on Weds or Thursday. Go time, boys!

Man flu?!? That's nothing to mess around with! I prescribe two weeks off in Aruba, to begin immediately. That should take care of it!

20 minutes on the stairs to warm up, then I hit back/arms pretty good this morning. Seated rows, lat pulldowns, cable side raises, hammer curls, upright rows, and cable crunches to finish it all off.

God bless you guys. I've barely made it through daily chores let alone any work outs since Christmas day pneumonia then recent intestinal infection.
Granted I haven't stopped shoveling through all of it which has been at least 3-4 days a week 2-4 hrs a session. I still concider it just a chore. I should wear a pedometer when doing it, pretty sure I get in miles with my little blk shovel.
    Good on you pastorjim ,congrats!

That sounds great Jim! I don’t think my high deductible plan will cover that!
