I was on a stall for well over a year. Tried everything but adding a FEW carbs. Now I'm losing again. I think it's the types of carbs as well. Once a week instead of my keto noodles I'll eat a small portion of chickpea or lentil noodles. That or the new 4x's the fiber wheat pasta.
Also once a week with my usually daily 6 eggs I'll have 2 slices of salt rising bread. I don't do any sweets save stevia in coffee. I'm salad and meat, fish, eggs. Actually lots of eggs. I had 2 cans of sardines the other night for dinner. Hubby eats carbs and I made him a dinner with blk beans mixed into meat. Anyways dinner the next night, I realized I'd completely forgot to eat all day, save the morning coffee, and still felt full.
My fats come from the eggs not cheeses and butter like some do.

Haven't been doing much this week, hard to lift with stitches in your finger. Did 10 sprints on the treadmill on lunch break today; 15 sec sprint/45 sec rets at 10mph at a 10% incline.

I've been trying to hunt as much as possible, which put a bit of a damper on working out the last two weeks. But I did manage to squeeze in 3 workouts this week so I'm pretty happy with that. I did pull day on Tues, push day on Weds and legs yesterday. Cardio every day because that's just what I do. :)

Should be able to get a workout in tomorrow morning as well.

Have ran two times and done other weight training the past 4 or 5 days. Walked a few miles yesterday and did push ups. Starting to ramp things back up. I'm really going to focus on powering my legs back up.

You sound like you’re doing great. But one you you must understand. That is, your body is SMART.

It sees it’s losing weight snd moves into “storage” mode. We call storage mode “sticking” points. It’s real and it’s the body fighting back.

It also isn’t that difficult to overcome but it takes effort and work.

When you level off snd STALL you have a calories issue.

So what do you do ? Losing weight is mathematical.

Calories in must be less than calories used. So you also know your body is beginning to STORE calories.

At this point, your best move is to shock your body with more cardio. The body is forced to use stored calories. Whalla now that stored mode goes to being used. Then suddenly the body concedes more calories because it’s being used more for extra cardio plus what else you were doing.

Further, use supplements to supply the body. Count your calories in snd watch how much you burn. You need to burn more than you intake.

Keep that cardio up until you start losing weight again. Then peel back just enough.

Continue on until the next sticking point. Simply repeat. Go on a extra cardio regimen supplemented with weight and whatever else you do daily.

All your up against is math. Just trick the math. The body will keep losing weight.

Had a good week of lifting heavy. Super sore this weekend. Work trips make it easy to lift. No at home requirements

Slept like crap so I knew after work it would be tough to get in a good workout. So in between stuff at work I did 200 pushups.

Started the week off with a new PB on the stairs - 230 flights in 30 minutes. Then I did pull day after my heart rate came down a bit. Lat pulldowns, cable curls, side shoulder raises, dumbbell front raises, upright rows, infinite rope pulldowns and wrapped it up with a few sets of leg lifts to work the core a bit. Feeling good.

My plan is to work out Mon, Tues, Weds morning this week, then go hunting on Thanksgiving morning before pigging out on food with the family. Friday is up in the air - possibly hunting, possibly working out. We'll see how things go.

I'm feeling like I need a solid 30 days of discipline before the year ends, so I'm thinking post-Thanksgiving I need to put myself through some sort of boot camp.

Ran a mile with the puppy this am and then worked out the legs. I'm going to power these things back up over the next few months.

If anyone is interested in doing the JAG 24 workout next Monday. Dylan was the last CCT killed in combat on 27 NOV 2017. We do it at the sqdn in teams of 4. His callsign was jaguar 24.

Jaguar was the CCT jtac callsign. For a careerfield of only a few hundred, every KIA and WIA is felt.

I’ve been having a neck pain issue I simply can’t get remedied.

I stretched it and tried everything including traps work. Nothing. Feels like tendonitis or arthritic from my collar bone across to my shoulder. The shoulder been barking a bit too.

So finally i settled on the thought that creatine holds water in the muscles ? So if I can get more fluid in the pain area, enrichen my blood with amino acids possibly I can remedy it.

I hate creatine because it bloats me. So I decided to take 1/2 a doseage 2.5 grams. About a week now. I hate to admit it, it’s working. I’m atleast 75% better. Today doing 75 pound dumbbell incline the shoulder barked a bit on the press up. That’s my bicep tendon tendonitis I always get.

So if this works ? This is indicating to me I’m not hydrated enough. Body drying out from the South Florida heat and not replaced. I’m not the biggest water drinker which is Bery Bery bad I know.

    Happy thanksgiving everyone

Water and Creatine are your friends! Embrace their goodness. :)

This morning was just shy of 5 miles on the elliptical, followed by push day. Feeling great!

My wife gets those once and awhile. I usually pop a few. I really like the salt on them, nice touch!
