Same here. Pro tip on those chicken thighs. Get them to 195 to 200 internal temp. Crazy better.

Seasoned chicken thighs in the air fryer until the outside just barely starts to get crispy is my jam. I could eat a dozen of them.

Perfect for me to cook in the morning for lunch. I make my breakfast and cook those in the air fryer to add to baby spinach and cheese.

Wife had her team over last night...cake, ice cream, and candy topping. I almost broke but instead settled for a small bowl of vanilla ice cream. Told the wife to get that candy out of the house!

I had half of a homemade peanut butter cup from a candy shop/bakery and a handful of sour Mike and Ike’s after my chicken/broccoli last night. The peanut butter cups are huge. Can’t resist candy.

I started my stretching today to work on opening up spine to hopefully get my disc to heal. Worked on lower back and core muscles stretching only, no weights. Felt good and did give some relief. Did this multiple times thru out the day. Did have one time I had a spasm and had to drop on the floor. Then did the old man roll over to my knees and slowly got to my feet. Oh the joys of a bad back. Haha.

I'm going to keep at it and make this my routine every day. Already killing me not being able to ride my bike.

The hips on the floor tight flutes push up was a game changer for me. It’s part of my daily routine now.

Took one day off from everything this week. Felt good to give my body a break. Runs 2-4 miles still doing full body workouts. Calories 1800, macros on point. 177lbs this morning.
I’ll be in Ottawa IL for the weekend training but will try to keep the diet reasonable.

Day 1 of 75 Hard, Part Duex went well. I did a 3 mile ruck after work and before softball for my outdoor workout. Then went and played a double-header to cap the night off. My total water consumption for yesterday ended up being over 200 ounces, which I suppose will happen when you're sweating a lot and doing outdoor activities.

Today I skipped cardio and only did a quick 10-minute warm-up on the elliptical and followed it with a solid leg workout. My legs are a little sore already, so tonight's plan is to take it easy and go for a brisk walk after work while my son is at football practice. I may even bring my dog and/or younger kids with. Temps are in the low 80's now which is really nice. Looks like 90's all week next week, so I better enjoy it while I can!

Long day at work yesterday...worn out. Took my daughter to soccer practice and ran 2 miles. Ain't anything big but staying consistent.

Gassed out at 60% of my max squat today and was aiming to add 5% to the total. So, not ideal. May need to actually take a day or so off and recover. Or eat some more ‍♂️

AthleanX is my go to when my own professional knowledge and experience is lacking. Without a doubt, one of the few credentialed and legitimate fitness experts on the internet.

That sounds like an awesome workout. And probably one that I'd be down on my knees after 1 round. Haha

I've shared this one before...don't think I could do it anymore. But, if you want a visit to the house of pain, it's deceptively simple...and you'll likely be gassed.

229.6 today. I can't believe it. First time I've been below 230 in years. Started at 242 in January. Been consistent. Slow grind.

In our gym at work, Friday is always sleeveless flannel Friday. Today was the first Friday I got to partake since surgery, felt good to be lifting with the boys in the sun with MT Rainier front and center in the skyline.

The slow burn is the most reliable method to keep it off. Nice work!
