    This high fat and protein thing has me craving high fat stuff. I ate 27% fat ground beef with 2 eggs mixed in for lunch. I was eating it like it was a wild animal I had just killed! Lol

    Disclaimer: not exactly healthy, but go get a pork belly and find the simplest in the oven recipe. Tell me later that it ain't candied fat heaven.

    Worked out a bit before my run this morning. Finally got 10 wide grip pullups. Been awhile.

    Today would normally be my bike riding day, but rain got me again. Poured rain last night, so trails will probably be too wet. I will try and work another ride sometime this week. Also woke up yesterday with a sharp pain in my ankle. Came out of no were so should probably be give it a rest. Today feels better then yesterday, so not getting worse.

    Long workout today. Definitely can tell I'm not where I was, but had a solid workout with chest and back.

    Warm up was coffin press 3x10 @30 dbs
    Incline 4x8 155 bb
    Incline drop set dbs 45, 30, 20 8 reps (failed at 7 on last set), then 1 set of flies
    45 dbs isolated rows 3x8
    Dead lifts 155 4x8

    Down in Weeki Wachee w/ some family for the holiday weekend. Found a bike and got a long ride in. Happened across a gator so I think my heart rate reached an acceptable peak fitness level bpm. I'll stick to the Missouri creatures.

    This is why I do chest and back the same day and arms and shoulders the same day all back to back. Still, leg day is b!tch like no other, especially if it's been a while.

    Been stuffing my face in the OBX (waves) since Saturday. Getting some exercise in the form of Kiteboarding, SUP, and walking. You can’t out train poor nutrition so my weight in on Sunday should be interesting.

    Drank 4 beers yesterday and had maybe 500 more calories in carbs during that same time. Within 2 hrs my body felt like crap. Such a weird experience since I started ramping up my fat and protein.

    I had 2 beers the other night. By time I finished the 2nd I was feeling sick of it and didn't want another. It is a weird feeling. But that first one went down so smooth!

    It always amazes me how bad I feel if I take a day off from the diet, like for a holiday or something. It always makes me wonder if I felt this way before I began eating right. Anyway, it's just one of the reasons I will never go back to that way of life!
