Badass ride!! Congrats man. It feels great to set a goal and accomplish it.

I made it through a grueling stair workout this morning and traded out leg day for push day. Not sure what exactly I did during my "weak" workout yesterday, but my quads were sore this morning so I didn't feel like pushing it. I went a little bit lighter on weight, higher on reps, and really tried to focus on form and getting a full range of motion in.

Clocked in at 182.8 this morning and feeling great.

Walmart Wrangler cargo pants and shorts, maintain that suburban Dad vibe, usually $20 or less. Sometimes under $5 if you find them on clearance.

I was 181.8 this morning. Down almost 4 lbs since early spring. But I usually get dehydrated on long rides and it's a false hope. But I'm finally starting to lose weight. I got a goal of 175.

I'm a clothing snob. WalMart wranglers just don't cut it for me.

Watched Attias discussion on wanting to be a healthy and physically active 80 to 90 yr old. He was speaking with a guy about a range of workout topics related to that....was a good listen

Felt a little off yesterday from a long day at work. Still, after having been up for 13 hrs, I was still able to run 3 miles and do bodyweight leg stuff while my daughter was at soccer.

Got a 2 mile jog in this morning. Ankle didn't protest until the last bit of mile 2. Heading to the gym for a peck blast. Might try a run tomorrow

The wildfire smoke is so bad that I don’t want to even attempt to run outside today. Breaking in the shoes will have to wait.

I'm about 20-40 onces of water before workout. Then 20 every hour during. Once over 80 degrees outside, I probably up it 25 percent.

At work, min 1 cup every two hours or I feel dehydrated and my afternoon workouts suffer. Ideally like 64 ounces over 8 hrs. Two hr preparation before hard training.
... 3 to 4 cups of cold water. Hot weather training and I'm drinking a cup every half hour.

I shoot for a gallon and usually get there or even exceed it. Sometimes I'm ok with 96 oz especially if I didn't work out.
