I'm still Keto though hey it's a great garden, way more salads than a "keto nut" would approve of. Have avoided all the fruit which was a real issue for medical health wise. Since I started two years ago I'm down 75# and wearing a medium. I had a stall after getting Covid. In the keto community that has been a big discussion. People are having a difficult time losing weight and glucose intolerance is increasing no matter what some are doing. Apparently Doc's are taking note of this. Still fasting and not having first meal of day before 1-3 then just meat as a dinner. Still hiking land but long ,miles, went to way side. The garden ,property, and blind builds with usual house hold stuff has stolen my time for that.
I can’t say I have any idea. The only time I have needed to was when my daughter was little and she she needed her inhaler but left it in OH. I still had a License in NY at the time anyway. As an Anesthesiologist I typically don’t write prescriptions anyway. I don’t treat friends and family so it hasn’t come up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Thanks West, I appreciate it. Trying to figure some things out with my sons care and the hospital in Virginia isn't being too helpful.
I've never had any issues sending scripts to pharmacies in other states. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
Though it can't be anything schedule 2 (narcs, stimulants, benzos) Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
Yes that was my understanding too buddy. That is a federal law so I understand that. My son has blood ivig treatment. The hospital and the insurance company are probably not maximizing their profits with my son, so they are doing something to stop it.
Oh, if insurance is involved, I assume your wife's insurance and it changed... so they may complain "Out of Network" or the drugs are "Not on the PBM list"...as painful as working with ins companies - calling them and battling it out may be least painful and expedient.
Starting to get ridiculous. Came out of the grocery store with some stuff and thought my shorts were going to drop to my ankles half way there. Had to widen the stance on my walk Guess it's time for a belt, these shorts are a pair I had to sew a button on because it popped off from being so tight.
Super proud of my wife for running her first marathon in Erie PA today under less than ideal conditions. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
On my "way down" I just bought my clothes at goodwill 'cause I knew I wouldn't be wearing it very long before I needed the next size. Congrats to you guys! Sent from my SM-N975U1 using Tapatalk
Stepped on the scale this morning, 41lbs down from my heaviest! Been 15 years since I weighed 208. Still a ways to go, but actually felt good seeing that.
So awesome man! Id love to be 210. A month ago I started at 244.5. This morning I was down to 239.2. For me that is a fast weight loss. Gonna keep at it and the goal is to be 230 by Dec 1 and then re-evaluate. Haven't been 230 for probably 7 to 8 years.
I finally broke the stall. It's only 5# but it's been two weeks that I've stayed in that 5# weight window. Now in that I've been doing a up 2-3 #, down 2-3# in that window. This is a daily normal thing I assume water.... I now have just 20# to loose to get to my original wish list weight. May seem like a lot but considering what I've lost not so much My daughter has always been small, single digit sizes. She's giving me her hand me downs. I put on one of her college hoodies the other day and it was big on me. Her running tights are my hunting base layers.
At 65, these last 10 # have been tough, almost to my initial goal of 300. Pulled a hamstring last week and had slowed me down a bit, finally rehabbing it well and getting back on track. Good work to you guys, fun to see everyone working hard! Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
