    After today ...... I feel a calibration coming on :tu:

    Maybe a celebratory fishing trip with our soon to be 4 year old and soon to be son . Roast some hot dog and marshmallows while drowning some worms .

    We filed to adopt him yesterday and thought it was a bold move on our attorney's part but discovered in court this morning that the state has selected us as his adoptive family . Hard to beat walking into a room full of attorney's and walking out the only one's smiling :woot:

    Thanks !! His sister is my avatar , we've had her for almost 13 years so we assumed that adopting the young man would be pretty simple but it's been a fight . Nice to finally feel like we're winning the fight :)

    Moving back to Alabama Saturday morning for 6 weeks until heading out west for over 3 months... August 22 can't get here fast enough.
