This week should be flying by for me - as I was on vacation until today. But this day is just dragging on!

Anyone have any fun plans for the upcoming weekend?

I'm hoping this weekend to have a bathroom completed in my house! (exciting, I know!)

Did you hear that Washington legalized marijuana?

Kidding... We will be attending the 7th annual "Testicle Festival" held by a local bar. Horseshoe tourney, bands, and of course deep fried testicles (never tried them).

Hairball (Rock and Roll cover band) at night.

They did?! I cannot believe that!

Sounds like your local bar is already in on that ;) Let me know how those deep fried testicles are...I am not brave enough to try things like that! Sounds like it could be a very fun night though!

Looking for a fun weekend. Daddy is on call at the Youth Center Saturday morning, so the girls and I will go grocerying. He wants to take all of us out to our deer hunting area for some scouting in the afternoon. We're going out to the bar Saturday night. We'll listen to the music, have a couple, maybe with pizza, and the girls can laugh at daddy trying to teach mama to dance. Sunday, depending on the weather, it looks like we'll all go woodchuck hunting.

I guess we have pretty full weekend planned. Oh, also daddy has to mow the lawn. This rain is making the grass crazy.

I was drawn for a controlled hunt that is traditional only so I've gotta learn. Been practicing with a friends recurve and have really been enjoying it.

BTW - Congrats on the house! It's beautiful.

Thank you! That's great you were drawn! Is it for deer?

All my husband keeps talking about is puffballs. It'll be awhile before we get any of those, though.

Tim, I'm ready for a day just to relax. Going nonstop lately!

Heading out with my brother for some night fishing Saturday night.

It's always a blast during summer to hit the lake and catch a fresh mess of crappies for Sunday dinner :)

I was drawn for deer, my husband was drawn for an antelope. Going to be an exciting season for us.

Sounds like it, best of luck!

I could go for a fishing trip! I'm not much for eating it, but sure do like to cast a line in a lake.

We usually don't find them until late summer/early fall. But no, I wont eat them. They just look (and smell) horrible when cooking! I acutally don't eat any mushrooms...though I don't mind searching for them.
