    hahaha, nice pic. i don't see why he couldn't take that deer. each state has different laws, but i don't think i ever saw anything about not shooting a deer in the water

    what if he got all Alligator Hunter on him and jumped out of the boat on his back with a knife and slit his throat then drug him back to shore??? :D

    Could have tried to "catch" him, I would try tying on that lure there on the dash of the boat..., I'd say he couldn't resist.

    wow that is an awesome pic. I think in NY it has to be that their feet can touch bottom. Can't shoot a swimming deer.
