Ok, do you live in the city or the country? More likely to run into more snakes in the suburban/rural areas. I see 50 snakes a year easily here, and you either get used to it, or move. Try putting moth balls around your foundation and gardens to keep them away from those areas.
lol i grew up in the pure country even on a lake...but have NEVER seen so many snakes! after doing a quick search i see that its helpful to humans.....oops.....i now have a plan, i have my orange bucket and a metal rake, i will catch it look it up online, then determine to let it go or kill it.....lol BTW i live in the country on 40 acres surrounded by thousands of acres of woods.
I always called those black erasers (I'm serious this time). Pretty harmless. That's a good idea, though, to catch them, look them up, then decide before you kill them. You're coming around! But I too have seen more snakes this spring than usual. Coincidence? Something to do with the extended winter? Hopefully someone who knows more about it than I do can chime in.
Whats the deal? Do you whig because birds are flying around too? Its nature? Sent from my SCH-I510 using Tapatalk 2
