So all this arrow spine stuff is so confusing to me and I need new arrows  I want something that I can shoot with a 70 lb set up with 100 grain tip. What spine should I get.? 350s?

Depends on the length you will be cutting your arrows, but yes 350's would be a good all around choice to be safe and can be shot at any length. If you have a slower/soft cam bow and or shoot a shorter (25-27") arrow then you would be all right with a .400 spine with a 100gr head.

Err on the side of a stiffer shaft if you are shooting a compound with a release.
