Well, I'd been talking to a fishing buddy of mine this winter about my antler addiction. Which sparked some thinking on his part. He made a few phone calls to get us permission and we took a trip to N.D. on the 14th of may. After we got there, we were told that the land-owner was unaware that someone had gone through all of his land. I guess they figured getting permission for one season granted them LIFETIME permission.
Anyway, we went looking anyway and came up with some bone. First was a dinky fork.

Then my buddy spotted this one! Approx. 53"

And I found a dead head.

All in all, it went better than I'd hoped.
