No sheds but man the scenery made up for it 2 fold. We walked the KY country side for miles in the rolling hills lined with bluff's. Gri22ly (Josh) showed me where years ago he had found a rare US Gelogical survey marker that was miles back in the middle of know where...cool!

OK this is where it gets good :tu: Way across that valley to the left we spotted a Cave and decided we had to check it out. (PROBLEM) we were also standing at the top of more sheer cliff's. (SOLUTION) find tree at edge, board it and climb down it to get to bottom :moose: Yeah Josh made old man jokes when I was going down :hater:

You cant see it in the pic but just below the camera view it was very steep and took a good climb just to get to it. It went back about 50 ft and turned left for another 20.
Old Indian camps are way cool and KY is full of the stuff.

The scenery is just fantastic. Blood, you ever get down to KY to do any hunting? My wife is going to be up your way in Indianapolis for the Women's Final Four here soon. I told you before my Grandpa still lives in Indianapolis just like he has for the past 60-65 years.

Virginia I bought a license one year but only made it there in september. I was having to good of a season at home to justify the trip there again that year. Indy is my home town.

Wish you had been there to sliverflicker ;)

Germ,,,I was laughing to myself about that while hunting :D

What part of KY JCraig ?

    It was fun raceway :)

Around Marion, not quite sure what's going to happen though, it's a possibility.

I used to do a lot of hunting in that area. Mattoon to be exact. Lots of deer in that area.

That's what I heard, me and my dad are pretty much debating on whether we want to do a whitetail hunt or try something else, if we do go for whitetails then it will most likely be here. I know a couple people who have been in that area with success so I'm sure there's some good hunting.
