An animal clinic counselor taped a forced horse abortion. The counselor stated there was not sufficient enough food on the farm for the aborted horse. She taped the event which showed a horse with some signs of life being pulled out from the mothers womb and it's head crushed with large forceps. The clinic counselor said she felt AMAZED the horse was able to created just before they she used a giant pair of forceps to crush the young horses skull.
I was fairly certain that was the point you were trying to make. It almost parallels todays judicial system where you can get a more harsh sentence for cruelty to animals than you can for killing another human being. For some twisted, perverted and unconscionable reason, the idea that someone could take a prematurely born but still alive colt, puppy or kitten and crush it's head for any reason is unfathomable, but a different-but-similar procedure on a forced premature birth of a human being is considered acceptable.
