Hoping some of the old(er) members remember me. After a 3 year hiatus from archery hunting because of a bad shoulder and not being able to draw back a bow... I'm going to be in the woods this Saturday with a crossbow - hoping to get a shot at a deer. Wish me luck. Haven't really followed BHOD in those years because of not hunting and feeling depressed. Use to join in on the annual deer contests - and I just might join again next year if this works out. 73 years old... and I feel like a kid in a candy store... can't wait to get in the woods!
Welcome back. I had to switch to a LH compound bow because of a bad shoulder. So far, not needing any surgery. Good luck!
Welcome back! Best of luck to you. I had shoulder surgery last year and couldn't hunt with my compound, so I had to use my CB. This year I hurt my other shoulder from a slip/fall and again had to use my CB. As long as you're getting into the woods, that's what counts. Be careful out there!
Welcome back Jerry! Good to see you posting again. Still alot of the same members here, and alot great new guys around. Glad to see you hunting again and good luck! First time in can be the best! Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
