Does anyone wear sunglasses while they hunt? It may sound a little strange but sometimes I find myself squiting the whole time, whether I'm facing the sun or not, it's just really bright.

But I was thinking wearing shades would really affect my long range vision (I might not be able to see if a deer stepped out, a long ways from my stand). Also I can easily see those reflective lenses causing something to go weong at the moment of truth. Glare or shine on the deer or something.

    Anyone?:deer:

Another reason I like hunting form a climber. I can sit on the other side of the tree!!:d

    Never wore sunglasses.

A little black face paint under the eyes will take care of it.

I've worn sunglasses before. Probably not the smartest thing in the world, but I've done it.

I HATE, shooting with glasses on. I've already got to line up the peep with the front sight and now another frame to look through? No thanks. And I'm a guy who wears sunglasses on a cloudy day!

I drop my hat low like a true Poppy Chulo, keeps the sun out and keeps the deer from seeing my eyes.

I can't shoot with my shades on, the rim of the glasses will be right in the middle of my peep everytime. So, the answer is no, there have been a bunch of times at 3D's that I really wish I could have made them work though.

I've seen those sunglasses w/the camo embossed on them. you can see out of them w/o seeing the camo, just like reflective sun glasses.

Never have, never will! I don't even practice with them on, doesn't seem natural to me! Besides, I like the sun at my back!

One thing that stuck out to me when watching "The Grind" was how often WKP Todd wore shades on stand. I cant shoot with them on.

I never have but have been thinking of wearing my regular glasses this season as my eyes are getting so bad I might need them to see my sights. Really don't want to though.
