Hog wash! I say keep it together till you get beat. That being said this is the big toes last year regardless of new rule.

 

Some candidates for this year. Nothing giant yet but a couple good ones and a couple I’ll save for the kids to shoot.

Good morning teammates,
35 more days of hell until I site in a tree

oh yea it’s my 29 wedding anniversary on the 5 th of October.

the 4th is the start of archery season.

 

Get your wife some back straps for your anniversary!!

 

I’m hunting a good bit of 2B in PA and it comes in 9/20! Trying to get a buck killed first week.

No luck, just got back from Maine yesterday. The outfitter is letting me come back next year for free. Real nice guy/people. I stayed in the same spot the whole week hoping i would eventually have a bear come in during daylight but just never happened. Got rained out twice but it was a blast. Had a moose walk 20 yards away from me in the stand. I’ll be back next year thats for sure! I like Amput8. Gonna go out next weekend and change batteries in all my cameras and probably hang some sticks in a tree that i have picked out for saddle hunting. This is my first year saddle hunting, i think i’ll like it once i figure out all the kinks. Only have one buck so far that i would shoot but one property i’m waiting for two bucks to show up but i think we are getting hit with EHD. Hope not but i usually have a bunch of deer on that property but i haven’t hardly gotten any trail camera pics of even does so i don’t know whats going on.

Dang man, kudos to the outfitter! I heard Indiana is getting hit hard in certain areas with EHD. I haven’t seen any where I hunt in southern Ohio, but I know a handful of areas are getting hit. Hopefully you don’t come across any kills from it.

Yeah I’m gonna walk around next weekend a little and check the creeks. So far the big [emoji[emoji6][emoji6]] i get a picture of him daily, if he keeps doing the same until October he might be in trouble
