    I'm going to scout some public this weekend for a buddy, he wants me to go with him opening weekend and hunt. I have hunted this public for turkey but never deer. Always looked good for deer but just never hunted it for deer. I was gonna shoot a doe opening weekend but if I hunt public with him might hold off until the weekend after. I don't know tho, getting that itch like @MUDSHARK is saying. Ready to let one fly!

    I’m in the stand!! It’s more of a reconnaissance then hunting but I do have the bow. I’m over looking a 1.8ac field that has been hay that I disc up and planted 2 days ago. With about 450yds of edge I figured this might help figuring where to hang a couple of stands. Going to sit for about 3hrs.
