Ammo sources?

Didn't think it could be worse than IL. I was wrong.

I sent my FOID and ID to Natchez on 1/23. When I called today after waiting on hold for 23 minutes I was told they didn't receive it. Was told to send again and call back after I received an email stating they had placed it on file. I wasn't having that, sent it in while I kept him on the phone and then he had to go wherever to see if they received it. He said they have 1 person monitoring the restriction states for proper documents.

From start to finish it took me 28 minutes to order, and then he wouldn't ship it to my current address. Said it had to go to my FOID address and he was following my state law. Tried to tell him state law said it had to go to the adress on either of my ID's. Luckily the other address is my brother's so it worked out OK. Funny, because Cabela's, Midway and Cheaper than Dirt will all ship to my current address, and the latter two let me purchase online without a hassling phone call.

I never knew some of those states were so bad with shipping ammo. crazy

 

Move to Ohio... We have no BS here.

How so? You can do whatever you want here... Full auto, all class 3 weapons... 30 round mags... Order anything you want online with out BS... 5 month deer season... Big bucks... Lake Erie... Ohio river... On and on if you are an outdoors person.

 

well havent run into any decent deals lately. still checking on .308 and .223. anyone else looking for any other types of ammo?
