You can rationalize it however you want but I guarantee most didn't even know this is a true story until the movie came out, let alone how it ends. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
That's their fault. But I didn't give away the ending,I assure you. I was talking about the freaking credits. Not the movie. If you don't know the story of this American hero before the movie, don't blame me.
Same thing happened in the theater I was at. Was kinda weird how silent it was during the ending of the movie and how nobody said anything really on way out.
It is a bowtech hat. The ending was the same here... Complete silence. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I've only seen 1 negative comment but the kid who said it is a total d**ch*. All of my friends on fb that commented on it all said how quiet the theatre was upon exiting. Not sure if i'll see it in theatres but I don't ever go to those, but I may. Not since Saving Private Ryan have I been truly excited to see a movie.
Seth Rogen is a POS as well. I refuse to support the garbage produced in Hollywood as well as the self important actors who think their opinions are so important. None of them know what the real world is like.
I thought it was a fantastic film and left people that are not familiar with our military and what they go through for us to be "free" I starting to understand what a day in the life is but some of these individuals.
Read the book before he was killed. Movie did a good job of following the book and Cooper played the part extremely well. If you haven't already, I highly recommend you read the book.
I'm looking forward to seeing it as Eastwood is usually legit. People just need to realize that most of it is fiction.
Michael Moore is a piece of maggot infested fecal matter, and that is probably actually a rung above where he actually ranks in my list of beings not worth the air they breathe. I'd say I hate him but honestly, he and people like him aren't worth the energy it takes to hate anything...I feel nothing but pity for the loss of natural resources he's consumed. I watched this movie last evening and it is a good movie. Bradley Cooper is amazing, he transformed into a nearly unrecognizable person for this role. I just couldn't help but think about his last major role was as the voice of Rocket Raccoon in Guardians of the Galaxy, lol. He's really turned into an amazing actor....I just hope he doesn't start puking out liberal/socialist crap in an interview after this movie and has the good sense to just keep his mouth shut if that's what he believes like so many in hollywierd.
I'm anxious to see it, in the book he mentions working alongside the unit I was a member of in the Sadr City area of Baghdad. I'd like to see how that is portrayed in the movie, if it is even mentioned.
I watched it last night and loved it. Bradley Cooper totally nailed it. As others stated there was respectful silence as people left the theatre as well. Have to ask... did anyone have trouble getting through the last scene where he jokingly points a revolver with the hammer back at his wife? I cant figure out whether that was an actual occurrence in Kyles lfe or Clint Eastwood used some bad judgement making the scene. That just seems completely out of place for a decorated Navy Seal to do. Gotta admit, I cringed...
That was one scene where I truly did not know why it was there or what was happening... Not sure of Eastwood was trying to connect that he used to be a "cowboy" or what. I found it disturbing.
