The biggest flaw In my set up Is a wood stove that Isn't top of the line and 2nd of all the person that did the majority of the set up didn't know Jack on what he was doing. The only way to fix mine Is to purchase a different wood stove and re do the piping In the ground and a bunch of other stuff. That alone would cost me well over $10,000. Not worth It for me. That's why I told Dan make damn sure your set up Is right. I had trouble with my lines underground leaking this winter. The guy who put my set up In Is no longer In business. There's reasons for that. I called another wood stove guy and he came out and gave me a hand with fixing It. He laughed on how bad of a job this other moron did on setting up my wood stove. I've always thought that there was something not right. Either way you look at It though the amount of water I'm heating and the area I'm heating Is just to big for even the biggest stove out there. This guy agreed with me too and he doesn't even sell these electric boilers that I'm going to put In.
Steve, was your lins grey in color? I have been told they break down over time. Mine has the newer pex lines that are supposed to be better. Fortunantly for me we dont have the sever winters like you do where your at. The guy was heating over 4,000 square ft with no problem. Ill be a little over 3,000 until I run a line to the pole barn for just tinkering around out there, not heated all the time. thanks for the tips
