Let em' in but they didn't make the deadline.......they are joining the contest fresh right now so any buck/doe killed from the time they enter should be the one that counts?
In all seriousness that seems fair right?
If you start NOW, you start NOW?

Hunsucker will kill another 150" in MO anyway. LOL

I don't know, it's not going to upset me in the least either way, count or not count, but it seems a little weird to come into a contest holding a score already and then expect to be fairly placed on a team?

I don't mind allowing them in but don't feel they should be allowed to enter a deer killed prior to them signing up for the contest.

BHB doesnt have another tag from what I understand, so he HAS to count his....let him in and let his deer count.

Naturally that means letting MH in too with his brute...but you could just count his next deer, even he wouldnt be against that...everyone knows he will score again. lol

I say let em in, but if you do you HAVE to let the bucks count because im 99% sure BHB only got one buck tag this year.

Ill also add that one of their two other teammates would have to score for them to win....350" wont take it this year IMO. there will be a few teams go 4 for 4 imo...and even 4 smaller sized bucks beat that.

So even though 350" is a great start, it still isnt a done deal.

Absolutely his next buck counts! He's a hunter why hold it against him that he got to get out before most of us and had success.

Its cool we'll take BHB's bigger buck. You cant let them in without accepting the bucks because BHB only had one buck tag. Let em count, and if MH is up to the challenge, tell him to score another one to count lmao.

Late is late. If you allow someone to register late then they should start with a clean slate and deer shot prior to the team being formed shouldn't count. In NASCAR you can't take laps from practice the day before, in MMA you can't use points from your previous fight and you can't use airline miles from United if you want a free trip on American Airlines.

A horrible analogy would be this. If you married a woman with kids from another man do they automatically become your children legally? Nope, but any you have once you are married will be yours. If you already busted your nut and can no longer produce should the children brought in become your children? Nope, they are not yours unless you adopt them even though you will spend countless hours parenting them. This being said you would be allowed to marry the woman even though she had kids but would need to get busy producing your own kids to legitimize your nuptials if children of your bloodline were desired.

After reading the official rules for the contest I see no provisions for adoption, thus the bucks Hunsucker and Bailey shot would have no ties to this conjugal experience. HNI is the bastard that fathered these great bucks and therefore they have no place in the experience that is bowhunting.com.

If we do this then we would need to draw new teams to make it fair, then what do we do as other members start creeping in and want to be part of the contest. Better yet, people join once they have shot bucks so that they can stack teams that have already had success. Clean slate I say, if you were late signing up you can enter a buck shot after you have been accepted on a team.

Exactly Jeff. Its an internet contest among a bunch of guys. Let them in and let their bucks count. Have some fun. If its only about winning, you're here for the wrong reason.

Did I mention that is just the freekin internet?

One tag total or a buck and a doe tag? That is a raw deal, you guys have a low deer population?
