Allow Mr. Hunsucker in?

My buddy Mike Hunsucker shot me a PM today stating that he missed the contest sign-up because he was out of town slamming a Booner while the rest of us were still tuning our bows and dreaming of October. In any case, he's interested in signing up as an alternate, but obviously it presents a problem since he's already got a buck on the ground.

So the question is - should we allow him to sign up and then count the next buck he shoots? (if he shoots one of course :D )

My answer is yes. However, I leave it up to you guys to decide.

I don't see how you can allow his already dead monster to count though. I think his next one counts and he is in!

 

Are we even going to need alternates? This isn't like HNI where you get people sign up and split. Everyone kinda "knows"one another here, or at least how to reach them at the other place. I say let him in, but wondering if we will even need the subs.

 

Personally I have no prob with Mike being in the contest or Bailey for that matter. Had they been around or over here yet, they would have signed up.

 

I have no problem with MH and BHB being in but I don't know how you are going to place alts here. Like was mentioned, it's not like you'll have any no shows and to add them to an additional team, it's already over, that would be 2 of 4 that scored with a collective score of 350"s.

 

Put Hunsucker BHB and PT on the same team. It will be the only shot PT will ever have

The only way I see letting them in with their current kills is to re-pick the teams

I say let him or them in. next buck though not whats on the ground. Wait, does BHB have another buck tag? Or will his blacktail be the only buck he gets this year? Since its all about fun anyway let them play!

Yes let them in. We have a guy on my team that I didn't see his name in the member list. We might need an alterante and hunsucker or BHB will do JUST fine!

 

I think what Jeff is saying, is they should not be penalized because they shot big bucks. I agree 100%

 

That makes perfectly good sense to me.

I say let them in and cut there existing score in half.But really it doesnt matter to me it is all for fun anyway.
