I went and checked my camera today after about a week and a half and I don't have any bucks except for a spike, but there are does and fawns everywhere. Does anyone else see these type things? Anything im doing wrong maybe?

The farm I hunt is very similar. I don't use cams but I watch the fields in the evenings this time of year and the buck to doe ratio is always out of wack. Just gotta wait till November when the bucks in the surrounding area come looking for the girls.

I had the camera in the exact same spot last year in mid to late October and had just as many bucks as I did does in the pictures. I am hoping all the does will draw the bucks in the rut.

Remember, the bucks will come to where the does are when the Pre-rut and Rut kicks in. Be patient Daniel-Son!

Property I hunted the last few years during bow seemed like a Nursery all year until the Rut started. Ended up not seeing a buck until beginning of November but he was a dandy! Patients and Time

Thanks everyone. I have a club I am in and have a good idea where a few bucks are but will find out when my 5 new cameras get here and I get them set up. I like to save this place until late season as this is only a little over 40 acres and the deer get pressured hard on the surrounding properties early season and I am the only one that can hunt this so I like to use it as little as possible early season and have a road system that the deer are used to us being on going to the pond and just checking on things, that I use to get to the majority of my stands.
