    I used my Tamron 18-270mm PZD and a rented Canon 100-400mm L lens. The 100-400mm was mainly used for all the wildlife shots you see, the eagles, whales, etc. Everything else was done with the tamron. I'd love to own the 100-400 but its not in the budget right now. :)


    No Tony, we decided to rent the Jeep instead of the train and I'm glad we did. We were able to go at our own pace and we actually saw more and went further than the train did. We were a bit worried when the Jeep stalled out on us a couple times in Canada. :cry: We would have been screwed!

    The most ppl that were on any one excursion with us was 6 ppl and that was the whale watching tour. I did TONS of research and only booked small tours. It was well worth it.
