So after weeks of preparation, practicing and reading all y'alls threads the season in Alabama is finally open! Today is opening day and i will be in the woods before daylight tomorrow morning. If it wasn't for this dang thing called work :throw: i would be in the tree right now. Me and my pops are heading to our hunting lease tonight soon as i get off, and I am so freaking pumped i cant even explain it!! (and don't have to cause i know...y'all understand..)

I will be out of cell service and away from electronics all weekend so, most likely, i won't be able to give any updates till monday. Hopefully i will have a good update for y'all with pictures of me over a big 'ol long ear'd, sway back nanny (a grandaddy buck would be best, but i'm being realistic).

Any other down south hunters on here? I know there is at least one out there

the official bow season ends like November 21 but you can use your bow during rifle and muzzleloader season so like the deer season officially ends in January
