Check this out... From the computer poll, Bama fifth, Oregon doesn't make the top 5, Notre Dame is BCS #1. http://www.cbssports.com/collegefoo...computers-currently-have-alabama-ranked-fifth
Once more conference games are played it will sort it's self out. Bama hasn't played anyone other than Michigan and they have two losses. It shows Bama has a weak strength of schedule. That's why they are ranked so low in the computer portion of the poll.
Computers don't factor in margin of victory, which is what has shown Bama and Oregon as the two best teams this year thus far.
Coachless? I don't know if there is a poll low enough for Auburn. Still gotta love em... like children gone bad... you still love em... just wish they would straighten out. Bama is as good right now as I have ever seen. They need to be careful of an off week as they have been there before. I am concerned for Chizik... he's a good guy... just not developing his 4 and 5 star high school players to Div 1 level and to make matters worse, Iowa State, 5/19 under his tutelage, now has a good team, Florida is chomping again under Muschamp, Ark State is solid with Malzahn but Auburn is losing to bad teams. Pull out your forks... he's done.
What's scary is UF could be as high as number 2 in the BCS, no lower than number 3. They've thrown for 130 yards in the last two games combined.
I had no idea Driskell could pick em up and put em down like he does...he is a big boy to move like that
The dude has got some wheels that's for sure. Once he figures out how to play quarterback, he'll be really special. He's still figuring it out right now, but the sky's the limit for him.
There's too much football left to worry about it now anyway. I just thought it was curious that ND was ranked so high after 20 years of...... and Alabama would be ranked lower after beating every college team in the Universe. I am not a Bama fan... but man they are good and deserve to be #1 until there is a reason not to rank them there.
