I got this sight a week ago and it did not come with any instructions. I see you can move the whole sight up and down and left and right with the toolless ajustment but from what I can see you can only move the individual pins up and down but there is no way to individualy ajust the windage for each pin. I tried to google search to find this out but i cant find anything.

I wouldn't think you would need to adjust the windage. If your center shot is correct that should take care of it. Read up about walk back tune and French tune and it will give you an idea about how to adjust for this. The only problem with this method is that you need to be a relatively consistent shooter to see the adjustments you need to make. You can do it short range (out to the distance you can make mostly quality shots) and maximize you accuracy out to that distance. It was hard for me to walk back tune my bow because I am trying to get over the habit of flinching. I have a 375 HH Magnum and I can shoot a box of shells without flinching, but for some reason with my bow I want to flinch on every shot.
