Just called my nearest and besides that trusted Bowtech dealer. Don told me by phone he is expecting some Air Raids to show up in 3-4 weeks and he will call me when they do. Now I am in a quandry, just bought a perfect(no kidding) '08 Allegiance. Haven't even set it up yet and already thinking Air Raid. Gotta quit looking at that bow on the website!
That would be cool. Mine's been on order for 2 or 3 weeks now. I'm just hoping to see it with enough time to set it up for the turkey opener.
maybe it's me, but the air raid sure looks alot like a Tribute. That's a heck of dilemma to be in. I'd say go for broke and buy it. You always could use a back up bow.
You guys go through bows quicker than I go through shoes. Last pair I bought was 3 or 4 years ago. I think Ben has had three bows in that time span!:huh:
Greg, I know you know what a fan of the Ally I've been over the years... heck, I've got an '08 that BowTech made especially for me to keep forever; there's not another like it in the world. That's how much I like that bow... Having said that... the Air Raid is a sweeter shooter. Just thought I'd throw that in there for whatever it's worth... just to make your day.
Where is the pic? Did I miss it? And thanks for rubbing it in that you have and have had your Air Raid already. I am envious. Hopefully it won't be long.

Thanks alot Greg! Now the wifey says not to keep both. May sell the Alley now, haven't even mounted a rest on it yet and its hardly been shot at all.....looks 99-100%.
My local shop told me a month also. Bowtech needs to hurry up!!! Ship them out NOW!!! I want a new bow before turkey also. I think mine would be my weakest link out there. It's killin me!
I would REALLY like to shoot the Air Raid. I wonder if the local shop will get one in. I fell in love with the Alphamax but that Air Raid just looks COOL.
Be patient men, good things come to those that wait and word on the street, like Greg said above, this bow (Air Raid) will be replacing my Alley as well. From those I trust, Alley lovers should just have found a new love. Of course my Alley took a second seat to my 82nd. Now I may have a new first seated bow. I have a buyer for the 06 Alley and I told him, if the Air Raid is what I think and hear it is, the Alley found a new home.
Why is Bowhunterssuperstore.com listing the Air Raids all ready. I'm sure they don't really have them. No one does from what I'm getting at.
Where's it listed at? Their site must be down. I want to call and ask just for fun. Same thing happened when those Trophy Ridge arrows came out or like 3 months before. Dealers just started taking orders for them saying that it would just be a few more weeks. These are the people that mess up a company's name.
