Well the ole' lady is off working late tonight so I had the house to myself. After doing some cleaning around the house and on the bucks skull it was time for dinner( where I could stretch out my culinary skills!:D) Finally got to eat some real food, or my "man food" in her woman talk. Mac' n' cheese w/ hotdogs and some fried antelope steaks By far one of my favorite recipies for game Ingredients: How ever many packages of steak you'll need ( great for butterfly steaks and stew meat) Flour Salt and pepper Alpine Touch Ground Red Pepper Hot Sauce Few Eggs Milk Combine milk, eggs, and splash of hot sauce in one bowl and flour and seasongs in another. Add Beer to your stomach. Next, dunk the steaks in eggs then powder with the flour mixture. Drop in a skillet with grease and viola! Feel free to add other other ingredients and beer to your liking.
