Age and Score

I know everyone enjoys these, so here you go. I got a regular buck living in an easy to hunt location. This location will be useless after the corn is out, but I figured I might stick him if he rolls by early on even though he doesn't score the best. I'm not the best ager so I'm asking for some help. Looks mature to me, but what do you think?

 

3.5 upper 120s low 130s

I think he's at least 4.5 and will gross high 130s low 140s.

 

I didn't count those extra points I just noticed in the first picture. I would say Jake is pretty close.

 

I'm just not seeing the mass or tine length. I think Creed1 is closest. Definitely mature.

I'd say he's at least 3.5-4. Like the others, should be 130's no problem.

 

I was kind of thinking he was 4.5 or older. That head on him doesn't look like a 3.5 year old. As long as he is mature, I don't care as much about score.

I agree with you on shooting him no matter the score. Reason I say he may hit 140 is because he has a roughly 130" mainframe with probably close to 10" of additional points off his based.

 

I'd put him at 4.....His neck blends in with his brisket, and he doesn't have that "racehorse" look anymore. Mid 130s

 

I think he's 3.5 and would go 130's maybe.

Im with many of you on 130 for a score. Maybe higher depending on the brow junk. I hope he sticks around and ill update with pics without velvet.
