I came across these lock on tree stands and they look really good. You can put a spine or base on any tree and take your platform and seat from tree to tree. I was wondering if anyone has used one before and what they thought about it. If you haven't seen them check them out and see what you think. www.advancedtreestands.com. I haven't but as this is my first year I'm going to use my climber, but I really like the idea and if I find some good spots I can see where just hanging the spine on public land would really work for me. Champion Spitfire 60# 29.5 DL 1st Real Season
Their cheapest is not much cheaper than a lone wolf, and I'd prefer the lone wolf attachment system as its quieter than ratchets. But I only have experience with LW. They're tried and true, so I don't see much benefit to this system unless you hate LW for some reason.
