    Hi Everybody,
I am decided on using Adobe Premier to edit my videos. Is there any way I can just buy it or buy a yearly membership on it. It seems kind of pricey to buy it every month!

The only way to buy the current Premiere Pro is to either pay monthly for the one year commitment for $20 per month, pay month by month with no year commitment for $30 per month, or pay the annual fee up front of $240. It gets pretty salty. I have the full blown Adobe CC and it is $600 per year.

Your other option is to buy Permiere Elements for about $70 one time fee.

That or go with another brand of software all together.

If you are simply grinding out a video edit, there are a lot of good options out there. Adobe shines in the ability to jump from program to program in the suite which can be very powerful ... but also very expensive.

You can pay for a year up front, but I don't think it's much cheaper if at all then paying monthly. You can also still buy some of the older version like CS6, but it sells for a lot....

Premiere Elements is a good way to get started. It'll be a much lower investment up front and you can learn the basics. Then once you've decided if you need something more powerful you can always upgrade. The expense is easier to take if you know that you really want/need it :tu:

I pay the monthly subscription for the entire suite but working for a school I get the education pricing so it only costs me $21 a month! Well worth it

I'm in the same boat. The speed of the program is probably my favorite part of the program.

I'm pretty sure "he" could. Once you have have the account set up, you can run it on as many different devices as you want, but it can only be logged in to two at once.

Unless the education subscription is different, you can only have the program's installed on two different computers. If you want it on a third you have to pay more or uninstall it form one of the other computers.

I have it the regular subscription and have it installed on 3 computers. If it's logged onto two already, it just asks if you want to log out of the other computers. Then it lets me log in. I have CC.

Hmm, I must have misunderstood how it was worded. Good to know!
