Go into your inbox and create a new folder for PM's. Name it anything you want.... Your old PM's will show up into that newly created folder. You can then delete them or save them. What ever you want.
Yep, it worked for me,,,but im old and slow, it still took me awhile to figure it out even with instructions !!
