Is it possible to adjust draw #?

I was given a bow, Golden Eagle, it has never been fired.
The draw length is 30in. i think that's perfect for me. comes back to just behind my chin.
problem for me is, is that it is 70# draw. i can draw with a lot of effort. but after a few times i think my arm would be spent. is there any way to decrease the draw # to say 60#?

    thanks!

You should be able to back the limb bolts out to lower the weight. Not sure how many turns for your model. You need to get the instruction manual or talk to a dealer that sold Golden Eagle bows to see how many turns to back out the bolts.

On most bows you can get 10 pounds of adjustment.

Thanks so much for the info.
I'm not finding any info online about Golden Eagle. so i'm assuming they may be defunct.?
anyone know for sure? or how i may be able to get ahold of an instruction manual?
    thanks!!!
