Took the pup out at lunch to burn off some energy and run around a bit. Decide to snap a few photos while I was at it. Thought this one turned out pretty good. :D
Good looking dog. I remember when we got our pup, I had to go home for lunch every day for about 2 months before Lisa got done for the summer (teacher) to stay home with her. Thank god, she's old enough now to stay in the kennel for the day while we are gone. I thought your dog was a chocolate for some reason?
Through Todd Agnew at Craney Hill Kennel (www.craneyhill.com). Circe came from Joe and Trout Creek Retrievers, correct? And yeah, she's a little handful right now. She still has two speeds - extreme spastic go-mode, and passed out. Usually she has a total freak-out about once a day where she runs in circles as fast as she can and jumps on anything she can find. Then she calms down, takes a dump, and goes to sleep. Kinda like me. :D She can handle 4-5 hours in the kennel with no "accidents" but any more than that and it's hit or miss. Luckily I can bring her to the office and keep her in one of Todd's crates in the warehouse during the day so I dont' have to run home all the time. That was killing me on gas.
Yep, she's from Rhinelander. I almost named her Hodag. Circe just turned 4. She still is still a spaz, tho' she does actually do some walking now. Before it was just running and hopping.
Justin, after running in circles. :d You going to train her for birds? I know how you love pheasants.
Thats how my pup was now he is extreme spastic go-mode all the time .He runs so fast his rear end catches up with his head!:d
